Discover the Marbella Resort Hotel: Where European Elegance Meets Arabian Luxury

We are thrilled to share that Khaleej Times has recently featured an article about our highly anticipated Marbella Resort Hotel, currently under development on the World Islands, Dubai.

Drawing inspiration from the charming Spanish resort town of Marbella, this Dh1 billion five-star luxury destination is set to offer an unparalleled escape, accessible exclusively by private yacht. Scheduled for completion in 2026, the resort will feature 157 rooms, including exquisite suites, chalets, and cabanas, each with breathtaking views of the sea, our unique snow plaza, or the enchanting raining street that will extend to 1 km and surround the resort.

We are also excited to introduce our Snow Plaza, where guests can enjoy the magic of snowfall all year round, and the world’s first private coral reefs for hotel guests, offering a unique opportunity for snorkelling and diving among nine different types of coral reefs. These reefs will be home to diverse marine life, including angelfish, anemonefish, lionfish, and green turtles, making it a dream destination for marine enthusiasts.

At Marbella Resort Hotel, we are committed to delivering unforgettable experiences, combining luxury with sustainability. Our dedication to the environment is evident through our use of solar power and strict policies against microplastic discharge, ensuring we remain at the forefront of sustainable luxury.

Guests can look forward to an array of vibrant experiences, from beachside parties and water sports to open-air restaurants serving authentic European cuisine. The Marbella Resort Hotel will feature six restaurants, lush gardens, sunken courtyards, and citrus and olive groves that beautifully capture the essence of Andalusia.

Stay tuned as we bring the essence of Marbella to Dubai, where luxury, nature, and sustainability converge for a truly unique experience!

A Dream Destination Unfolding on Dubai’s World Islands

We are delighted to see Timeout Dubai feature The Heart of Europe in their recent article on “5 Dubai Mega-Projects in the Works (That We’re Seriously Excited About).” As part of the iconic Dubai World Islands, our development is redefining luxury, sustainability, and innovation in the heart of the Arabian Gulf.

The Dubai World Islands project, an ambitious undertaking to recreate a map of the world off the coast of Dubai, began in 2003. After some time of dormancy, the islands sprang back to life in 2014 with the launch of The Heart of Europe by the Kleindienst Group. Today, our vision is rapidly transforming these islands into a vibrant and luxurious destination that blends European elegance with modern innovation.

At The Heart of Europe, we’ve already made significant strides. Visitors can explore the famous Raining Street, a one-of-a-kind experience at the voco Monaco Dubai Hotel, where it rains on demand to cool the atmosphere, mimicking the pleasant European climate. Additionally, our latest projects, such as the Maldives-inspired Honeymoon Island and the glamorous Marbella Resort Hotel, are quickly becoming iconic destinations in their own right.

But that’s just the beginning. Our development is not just about luxury; it’s about offering a sustainable lifestyle. Each property is designed with cutting-edge technology to reduce environmental impact while providing an unparalleled experience of comfort and style.

We invite you to stay tuned as The Heart of Europe continues to bring more unique concepts and unforgettable experiences to life on Dubai’s World Islands. Discover a European escape just 20 minutes away from Dubai, where sustainability, innovation, and luxury come together in harmony.
