HOTEL BOOKING TERMS. The Heart of Europe does not provide online reservation services on this Site for the resorts listed on this Site. Any reservations made through this Site are invalid. Neither The Heart of Europe nor the Resort accepts any liability or responsibility for any third-party costs, claims, liabilities or expenses howsoever incurred or suffered by the Guest in relation to or associated with the Guest travelling to and/or from the Resort, such as flights, land transportation, communications, insurance, lost property, medical services, etc. CURRENCY CONVERSION. Currency rates are based on publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only. Room rates are guaranteed only in Resort’s local currency. Currency quotes are not updated every day. The currency information supplied by this Site is believed to be accurate, but The Heart of Europe does not warrant or guarantee such accuracy.

LINKED SITES. This Site includes links to other websites. The Heart of Europe provides such links solely as a convenience to you and for informational purposes only. The Heart of Europe has not reviewed the information on these other websites. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the UAE, without regard to conflicts of law rules, and the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute shall be the UAE. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts for the purposes of any judicial proceedings relating to or arising from this Agreement. In the event of any disputes, the English language version of this Agreement will be exclusively applicable and authoritative.

USER REGISTRATION CONTROLS FOR THE HEART OF EUROPE COMPANY’S ELECTRONIC AND SMART SERVICES, AND ACCESSING THEM; The user is committed to providing all the required information for registration on the website when needed, accurately and in accordance with the designated registration form.

They are also required to update their personal data in case of any changes. The company reserves the right, at its discretion, to accept or reject the registration request. From the date of acceptance of their registration, the user is responsible for all uses of their account and page, and for all logins to electronic and smart services using their username and password. The user must not disclose or share them or transfer their usage to any other party.

Furthermore, the user is obligated to immediately notify The Heart of Europe Company in case of losing their account data or username or any unauthorized use of their account. The user must ensure logging out of their account after completing their activities, and any damages incurred as a result of non-compliance will be their full responsibility.

The user is also responsible for any false statements, inaccurate information, or fraudulent messages sent by them through electronic or smart media for our services.

They are committed to all applicable national or international laws and regulations, including those related to data transmission, and to ensure that the subject, content, information terms, email, or other advertised content do not contain, without limitation, hate speech, obscene, indecent, demeaning, deceptive, or illegal writings or violate the intellectual property rights of any party.

TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF SERVICE; The company may be compelled to temporarily suspend the service for operational reasons, such as system maintenance, development, service updates, or other unforeseen reasons, without prior notice or specifying the duration of the service suspension.

Furthermore, any violation by the user of any term in the current terms of service may lead to the closure of their account or immediate termination of all related operations without prior notice.

MISCELLANEOUS. Failure to insist on strict performance of any of the provisions of this Agreement will not operate as a waiver of any subsequent default or failure of performance. No waiver by The Heart of Europe of any right under this Agreement will be deemed to be either a waiver of any other right or provision or a waiver of that same right or provision at any other time. In the event of any dispute, any rule of construction or interpretation otherwise requiring this Agreement to be construed or interpreted against any party by virtue of the authorship shall not apply to the construction and interpretation of this Agreement. Any ambiguities will be clarified in an equitable manner without regard to authorship and minor errors and misspellings will be corrected to give maximal effect to obvious intent. @Copyright 2024.
