Bringing the Spirit of Spain to Dubai’s World Islands

We are excited to share that Hotelier Middle East has featured our latest luxury project, the Marbella Resort Hotel. Set to open in early 2026, this 157-key resort on Dubai’s World Islands promises to deliver an authentic Costa Del Sol experience, bringing the essence of Andalusian design and culture right to the UAE.

The Marbella Resort Hotel will offer a variety of accommodations, including suites, chalets, and cabanas with stunning views of the sea, the one-of-a-kind Snow Plaza, or the famous Raining Street. Guests will be able to enjoy the kilometer-long Raining Street, which provides a refreshing cooling downpour every few minutes, winding its way around the hotel for a unique and delightful experience.

One of the resort’s standout features is its dedication to sustainability and the environment. Surrounded by half a million square meters of private coral reefs, the hotel will be one of the first in the region to offer such an exclusive underwater experience. These reefs will be home to over 30 species of marine life, including angelfish, anemonefish, lionfish, and green turtles, as part of The Heart of Europe’s broader coral reef master plan.

Dining at the Marbella Resort Hotel will be a true celebration of European cuisine, with six unique restaurants offering a range of flavors and experiences. Descanso, our signature restaurant, will feature live cooking stations and entertainment with our iconic sangrias; Casa Bougainville will serve delicious tapas; and The Citrus Gem will offer light bites, pastries, and authentic Spanish coffee. For those who want to dine by the pool or beach, Arenda Dorada will provide a true Marbella beach club experience, while Chalet Sierra, an après-ski bar, will complement the Snow Plaza’s ambiance. Additionally, the Carmen Amaya Bodega Bar, named after the legendary Spanish Flamenco dancer, will provide an authentic Spanish bodega experience with wine, cheese, and bites.

Guests seeking relaxation and rejuvenation will be drawn to our Arabian Spa, which will feature a unique cave-like architectural style, blending luxury with a sense of natural tranquility.

Josef Kleindienst, Chairman of Kleindienst Group, expressed his pride in this groundbreaking project: “The Marbella Resort Hotel  is a testament to our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences that are also true to our commitment to sustainability. We envisioned a destination that provides a unique cultural escape with experiences that are authentically Spanish, right here in Dubai.”
