Terms & Conditions

1. Promo valid for October 2024, unless otherwise advised.
2. Each unit in this inventory comes with a Tesla Cybertruck.
3. There is a strict policy of either a 10% discount or the Cybertruck, but not both.
4. Buyers are offered 100% ROI equivalent to 8.33% interest per annum for 12 years. For additional information related to offerings after the passage of 12 years, buyers are advised to contact their sales advisors.
5. Offer available only on End-suites of Cote d’Azur Resort and King suites, King bedroom suites & Executive suites of Marbella Resort Hotel.
6. Only Marbella units are offered fully furnished at the time of handover.
7. The Cybertruck is a base model, rear-wheel drive, steel grey colour with black rims.
8. The Cybertruck / truck will be made available to the eligible customers once the product is available in the UAE by Tesla.
9. The Cybertruck will be ordered and delivered to the client from the Tesla Dubai showroom upon the client paying a minimum 50% down payment, including DLD charges and signed SPA.
