A Spanish Oasis on Dubai’s World Islands

We are thrilled to announce that Discover Dubai has featured our latest venture, the Marbella Resort Hotel. This eagerly anticipated five-star hotel is set to redefine luxury and environmental sustainability on Dubai’s World Islands, bringing a touch of Spain to the UAE with its Andalusian-inspired design.

The Marbella Resort Hotel is a landmark project by the Kleindienst Group, known for their pioneering work with The Heart of Europe development. As the first hotel to offer private coral reefs for its guests, the resort will provide an unparalleled underwater experience, allowing guests to snorkel and dive among vibrant marine life including angelfish, lionfish, and green turtles. This initiative is a key component of The Heart of Europe’s ambitious coral reef master plan, designed to enhance marine biodiversity and offer a unique aquatic adventure.

Costing Dhs 1 billion, the Marbella Resort Hotel promises to deliver an authentic Costa Del Sol experience right in the heart of Dubai. With its distinctive Andalusian architecture, the hotel is surrounded by half a million square meters of diverse coral reefs, creating a lush and immersive environment. The resort features a 1km-long Raining Street, where a gentle downpour cools the surroundings intermittently, adding a refreshing touch to the luxury experience.

Guests will be treated to a culinary journey through Europe with six distinctive restaurants. Descanso, our signature dining venue, features live cooking stations, vibrant entertainment, and signature sangrias. Casa Bougainville offers delectable tapas, while The Citrus Gem presents a café-style experience with light bites and Spanish coffee. Arenda Dorada brings the charm of Marbella’s beach clubs to Dubai’s shores, and Chalet Sierra, the après-ski bar, adds a cozy après-ski ambiance to the Snow Plaza. The Carmen Amaya Bodega Bar, named after the legendary Spanish Flamenco dancer, offers a unique experience with wine, cheese, and bites, steeped in the passion of Flamenco.

For relaxation, guests can indulge in the Arabian Spa, which features a cave-like architectural style and a range of rejuvenating treatments, including an authentic hammam experience.

Marbella Resort Hotel integrates eco-friendly practices to support its commitment to sustainability. The hotel will operate on 100% solar power, implement zero microplastic discharge policies, and utilize sustainable landscaping techniques. Additionally, the resort will support coral breeding efforts to aid reef restoration and marine conservation.

With its luxurious accommodations—suites, chalets, and cabanas overlooking the sea, Snow Plaza, or the Raining Street—the Marbella Resort Hotel is set to offer an unforgettable Spanish-inspired escape while setting new standards in sustainable luxury.
